    Our Client:

    Located in the Sutherland Shire, our client are a young, progressive team who deal with a number of clients including including major banks, government departments and petroleum sites.

    They are a very tight-knit team, committed to taking complete ownership of their clients' projects, with passion and a commitment to excellence.

    Due to significant growth, they are looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join their team.

    The Role:

    You will be a key member of the Customer Service team, and your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, dealing with a wide range of clients and trades people.

    The main function of this role is to plan, priorities and schedule jobs in accordance with specific labour skill requirements and client delivery criteria.

    Responsibilities:

    • Taking specific notes of due dates, work order details and client expectations in the planning of all jobs
    • Proactively following up on all unfinished work
    • Responding to incoming phone  calls and emails
    • Ensuring all jobs are logged and necessary paperwork is distributed
    • Keeping clients informed and up to date on progress of jobs
    • Ensure all feedback and any complaints are logged and passed on to management
    • Record keeping on completed jobs
    • Ensuring deadlines are met from commencement to completion of jobs
    • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and tradespeople

          Skills & Experience:

    • A strong customer service focus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • The ability to multi task with several  jobs
    • The ability to deal with people at all levels
    • The ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Experience in scheduling tradespeople etc a definite advantage
    • Property Management/Real Estate background also an advantage
    • Strong business sense
    • Good PC skills

    Salary: $55K + Super
